Overview
Marrly separates referred signups from commission payouts. A signup shows that a user registered through your referral link, while commission appears only after a referred order is paid successfully.

Steps
- 1
Open Referrals to review who registered through the shop link
The Referrals page lists users who signed up through your referral URL together with their signup date and how many paid orders each user already has.
- 2
Compare signups with the shop overview summary
Use the overview totals and the referrals table together to separate top-of-funnel activity from actual paid conversions.
- 3
Open Commissions to review earned and pending amounts
The Commissions page shows each commission row with order amount, discount amount, commission rate, commission amount, and whether the payout status is still pending or already paid.
- 4
Remember when commission is created and removed
Marrly creates commission only after Stripe confirms a paid order tied to your shop referral. If that order is refunded later, the related commission entry is removed from the system.
